Two Bedroom one bath apartment on the first floor.  Designed by Ross Chapin of Seattle WA.  Built in 2010.  Blown in vegetable foam insulation and heat pump produce a very comfortable environment and low utility bills.  Front porch, patio in the back.  Gas line for BBQ.
